EXP nerf

Due to fixed teleporting issue game and battle mechanics have changed to some extent, including exp rates. Currently we have more long-range combats then we had prior to the update.
Basically one gets more exp points for engaging in close contact with enemy. Amount of exp points also depends on general performance of allied team, ie the way each member plays.
After the update experience is redistributed between players based on their playing styles. Some get even more, some get less.
No hidden, server-side nerf.
How is this not a hidden nerf? You changed "mechanics .. to some extent, including exp rates" and did not document it in the patch notes. Also WTF were you guys thinking? Basically you've nerfed every TD and German heavy in addition to the probably intended target of SPGs. So basically the IS series, which is already overpopulated if not overpowered, has received an XP buff while anyone who relies on range and accuracy has gotten the finger?

Overlord has said there was no EXP nerf, and no hidden server side exp nerf. So I'll reword his post a bit to clarify the mechanics
Before the patch... EXP was calculated.
1. A higher rate of EXP for close combat, and a lower rate of exp for long range sniping.
2. A higher rate of EXP for shooting enemies that are at your tier or above, and a lower rate of exp for shooting enemies below your tier.
3. + other things mentioned here. List of what earns exp
The patch fixed warping and added new usa tanks, The patch did nothing to exp.
However, fixing warping and adding USA tanks changed the game, as in it changed the way people now play.
Now after the patch
There is USA tanks in the game so there is more people grinding up low level usa tanks, and thus more low level tanks in the game. And killing the lower tanks pays less exp.
Warping is fixed, so people are having more long range combat and more long range sniping, Long range combat pays less exp than short range combat.

Tanitha: EXP was not changed. People are changing how they play because of the patch (warping fixed), and are playing against lower tier tanks (new usa tanks)
I've verified with overlord that my above interpretation, is correct.

Quote Currently we have more long-range combats then we had prior to the update.
