Sandbox: Test HD Maps Starting October 11

Ph3lan:   Hey Gremlin!   I have seen the reports about the black textures popping up on several maps and forwarded them to the devs. Thanks for the feedback you have provided so far guys, after the first 24 hours I managed to send a pretty detailed report about the Sandbox already with your help. This is one of the reasons we are running this on the sandbox, so we can iron out these bugs before the maps are implemented on the live server
