Does this mean:
A: Crew will lose all their Experience Points.
or
B: Crew will lose their Skills, keeping the Experience to allow them to spend it on the new Skillset
Seriously hoping and expecting B. since I've put a lot of time into some of these crew!
Obvious but I'm too paranoid not to check.
