PanzerGert: Je nachdem was gemacht wurde sollte man das mit dem Kundendienst abklären. Mit dem Verkauf des T23E3 erhält man Credits, welche dann statt des Preises vorhanden sind. Das ändert jedoch erstmal grundsätzlich nichts an den 7000 Gold die zusätzlich vergeben und wieder entfernt wurden, da diese unabhängig vom Verkauf des Panzers sind.

Im Zweifel kann ich daher nur empfehlen das mit dem Kundendienst direkt zu klären:     Der Kundendienst kann im Detail deutlich mehr dazu sagen, da dieser die entsprechenden Richtlinien erstellt um alle Tickets in gleicher Weise abzuarbeiten.

Ectar:   That is correct. Not being game developers however doesn't mean we don't know anything. The difference is our developers can say what they want when they want as they are the people who decide on those changes. With the permission of our developers there is plenty of topics we can discuss or answer.  I know all about the next planned 3 patches for World of Tanks for example, but it's not my place to talk about something like that as it's always subject to change and our developers can change their minds about things multiple times before the content comes to live server (If you've been following the comments made about the FV4202 recently you'll know exactly what I mean). This is why we are only likely to mention stuff our developers are pretty sure won't change much (but again there is always the potential it could change).  Talking about future content in games is always a tricky subject.  

Ectar:   And as I explained there is a  Q&A available on the forums, just not for the English speaking section.  

Ectar:   If you submit a ticket to our support team, the tone of your message will not result in a different answer time.  If you're having a discussion on the forums and come across hostile, you may find that responses from other players are in a similar tone.  A forum is an open discussion where set metrics don't exist (such as tickets answered per hour/average waiting time to be answered etc etc). Submitting a ticket, talking to someone face to face at an event, talking to someone on TS/Vent/Skype and opening a topic on the forums are all totally different methods of interacting with someone.  Not every topic or thread posted on our forums warrant a reply from our staff and many of the topics get answered by other members of our communities. Of course everyone would like a direct Wargaming reply to their comments/suggestions/questions but sadly that's not possible.  Our forums are to promote discussion between players, they're not here to act as a service portal for queries (that's why we have our ticket system).

Karlie:   A taková odpověď ti přijde neslušná? Ano, nedostala jsem k tomu žádnou informaci, neb jak jsem psala, k nám se dostávají jen ty, které jsou pro hráče důležité. Taková změna může být právě jen přehozením jazyka. Ve chvíli, kdy napsali dva hráči, že k tomu došlo, slušně jsem napsala, že to ověřím. Mezitím se strhla vlna jedovatých poznámek, jak neděláme svou práci. Svou práci jsem udělala právě tím, že jsem sledovala diskuzi a šla info ověřit. Pokud máš dojem, že svou práci nedělám dobře, můžeš si vyžádat kontakt na mého nadřízeného.  

Karlie:   Jeho výkon. Tato reakce i napovídá tomu, proč o těchto věcech hráči nejsou informováni - protože je to zbytečná informace, která hráči nic neřekne.

Ellendway:   Pokud máš jakýkoli dotaz ohledně hry, budeš muset kontaktovat zákaznickou podporu. Bohužel nemáme žádné informace o tom, že by poslední aktualizace launcheru (opakuji launcheru) upravovala jakkoli běh či nastavení hry. 

Karlie:   Bude nás tam víc - já též 

Karlie:   Ano, tomuto neříkáme ani patch, je to v zásadě interní změna, která neovlivňuje hru.  Já osobně si myslím, že slušnost by měl zachovat i uživatel hry. Tedy alespoň pokud chce adekvátně slušnou reakci.

Karlie:   Zkus Cimrmana, dočteš se to tam. 

Ellendway:   Nastavení Launcheru. 

Karlie:   Updates: Much Ninja, so dangerous    

Ellendway:   Tajnej patch, který upravoval nastavení Launcheru. 

Karlie:   Jako uživatel jsi souhlasil s tím, že WG bude dle potřeby updatovat hru a nástroje potřebné k provozu hry. Pokud aktualizovat z jakéhokoliv důvodu nechceš, nespouštěj launcher.. Každopádně na to tuším existují i nějaké programy. Wargaming informuje pouze o změnách, které mají dopad na hru.

nRicochet: War nur ein kleiner Patch für den Launcher. Der Disconnect kann damit nix zu tun haben und muss an etwas Anderem gelegen haben.

Karlie: Ověřím, pokud jej neohlašujeme, bývá to většinou jen úprava na straně serveru, která na hru samotnou nemá vliv.   edit: jednalo se o update launcheru

My również damy znać na facebooku, jeśli jakaś propozycja ukaże się w kolejnych numerach.    Pamiętajcie, że tylko jeden tego typu kod może być dodany na jedno konto.   Co do zarabiania to wiadomo, że to tylko III poziom, za to dodatkowy XP wprowadzony dla czołgów premium, fajnie się u niego sprawdza.

Delhroh:   Saludos amigo,        Mi consejo es que si algo te aburre, inviertas tu tiempo en otra cosa. Obviamente el equipo de Comunidad y los desarrolladores trabajarán para que eso no sea así y los jugadores que siguen con nosotros sigan divirtiéndose. Cuando algo deja de entretener, lo mejor es cambiar de hobbie. Muy seguramente no hayas disfrutado de todo el potencial de World of Tanks con las batallas en pelotón, en compañías acorazadas, el modo fortalezas, las guerras de clanes, el 7 contra 7 y otros modos de juego que están por venir, por lo que te recomiendo que disfrutes de esos modos de juego con tus amigos, dado que muy seguro tu experiencia de juego será mucho mejor.   Un cordial saludo.

Karlie:   Jak jsem psala "Ale nebojte, na odchody je náš ředitel pes. Jak někdo rok chybí, už hledá náhradu."  Tuccyho osud je nejistý, to o tom stromě jsem psala taky :o)) Ale náhrada samozřejmě dříve či pozděii dorazí
