It's hard to say whats wrong, but from those screenshot i can only assume that there was some error while you upload ./theme or ./js folders, or both. Since then you never tried to upload all files from scratch?

Every hosting have they own rules of how create commands for cron tasks. We can only show you few examples that are most popular. It's better if you contact support of your hosting with that question, and ask them to explain it for you.

We are planning to release new version today. Also, you always can download latest version from GitHub repository: https://github.com/Edrard/MSFC/
It's not mandatory to use your hosting for Cron tasks, you can always use sites like setcronjob.com or others.
